Notwithstanding any contract to the
contrary or any provision of a record-of-rights, an ordinary tenant shall not be ejected from his holding by
his landlord as such except--
(a) as provided in the case of an occupancy tenant by section 52 ;
(b) in accordance with the provisions of section 66 ;
(c) in execution of a decree for ejectement passed on the ground that his holding consists entirely of sir-land.
