Legal Practitioners? Fees Not Allowed Unless for Special Reasons.

In suit between landlords and tenants as such, the fees of a legal practitioner shall not be allowed as costs unless the Court considers, for reasons to be recorded by it in writing, that those fees ought to be allowed.
