Section 76A : Delegation of powers. | The STAMP ACT, 1977 (1920 A. D.) (Act No. XL of Svt. 1977)

¹[The Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] may by notification in the ²[Official Gazette] delegate ³[all or any of the powers vested in it ⁴[under subsection (3) of section 33, section 45, sub-section (1) of section 56, subsections (1) and (2) of section 70 and section 74] to such officer or authority as may be specified in the notification.
