Every member shall be provided with two free non-transferable passes which would entitle him and any other person accompanying the member to travel at any time by the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation service on whichever route it operates in such class of accommodation and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed :
Provided that nothing contained in this section shall be construed as disentitling a member to any travelling allowances to which he is otherwise entitled under the provisions of this Act.
