Vacancies Amongst Members Or Defect in the Constitution Not to Invalidate Acts Or Proceedings of a Corporation.

The Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950

No act or proceeding of a ¹[Corporation or its Board] shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy ²[in its Board] or any defect in the constitution thereof.
