Section 71: Special provisions
Special provisions.
- All acts done or proceedings taken under the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services Rules during the period commencing on the 1st day of January 1955 and ending with the date of publication of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016 in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette shall, for all purpose, be deemed to be, and to have always been, validly done or taken in accordance with the corresponding provisions of this Act, as if the provisions of this Act had been in force at the relevant point of time.Disclaimer: This section is reproduced for general informational and reference purposes only.
