Section 72: Power to remove difficulties
Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by an order publish in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty:Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of three years from the date of publication of this Act in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.Disclaimer: This section is reproduced for general informational and reference purposes only.
