Section 45: Cessation of office as President and Vice-President
Cessation of office as President and Vice-President.
- The President or Vice-President shall cease to hold office as such -(a)
in the case of the President, on his becoming disqualified for holding the office or on his removal from office or on the expiry of his term of office or on his otherwise ceasing to be a President;(b)
