Recovery of any amount due to the Government as arrears of land revenue.

- Any amount required to be paid to the Government due to non-implementation of any scheme or misuse or non-utilisation of grants, may be recovered from the person concerned as if it were an arrear of land revenue under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Revenue Recovery Act, 1864 (Tamil Nadu Act II of 1864).
