Section 47: Powers of Government to give directions
Powers of Government to give directions.
- The Government may, subject to other provisions of this Act, direct the competent authority to make such enquiry as they may deem fit. The competent authority shall conduct the enquiry and report to the Government the result of the enquiry within such period as may be prescribed.Previous
