- Unless any order made under this Act makes express provision to the contrary, nothing in this Act shall affect the power of the State Government to refer any industrial dispute or matters connected therewith under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, or to deal with any report or settlement in accordance with the provisions of that Act.]Previous
