U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

For the removal of doubts it is hereby declared that nothing in this Act shall be deemed to preclude tire Central Government from constituting a National Tribunal under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, for the time being in force or any such Tribunal from exercising any powers conferred upon it under that Act.]

Sec 13 — Arbitration Act, 1940 not to apply
