The Delhi Special Executive Magistrate court remanded Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) activists Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka to five days of judicial custody following their detention over the alleged entry into Jantar Mantar on October 13. Another activist, Ajinkya Shinde, was released.
The action followed the de-notification of Jantar Mantar as a designated protest site.
