The Supreme Court of India has issued a fresh notice dated 5th August 2025, continuing its earlier circulars from 17th April 2020 and 2nd June 2020, to ensure seamless coordination and support during court hearings conducted via video conferencing (VC).
As per the latest notice, the control and management of video hearings are handled by the respective Court Masters and Moderators from specially established control rooms in each courtroom.
“In case, any assistance is required during hearing of matter on 05-08-2025 through video conferencing, the Advocates, Party-in-person and all concerned may contact the concerned Court Master or Court Moderator,”- Supreme Court Notice, Dated 05-08-2025

This system has been extended to make the digital hearing process more efficient and user-friendly for advocates, litigants appearing in person, and other stakeholders.

Besides these contacts, the court also continues to offer support via VC Helpline number 1881 and other helplines that were earlier announced in the circular dated 18th August 2020, accessible on the official Supreme Court website.
