“The petitioner is granted time to surrender until the first date of the posting of the SLP before the regular Court.”
This means the Court has temporarily relieved the petitioner from surrendering immediately and has allowed him time until the case comes up for regular hearing.
Further, the Court directed that:
“The SLP shall be listed within four weeks and within such time, if there is any defect in the application, it shall be removed by the petitioner.”
The order implies that the petition will be listed within the next four weeks and any existing procedural issues or documentation defects must be resolved by the petitioner before that.
