Final Judgment

The Supreme Court, after considering all the submissions and reviewing the case, allowed the appeal in favour of the petitioner, Subha Prasad Nandi Majumdar. The court clearly stated that the appeal stands allowed as per the signed reportable judgment placed on the record.

Moreover, the Court directed the respondents to pay the cost of Rs. 50,000/- to the appellant.
